Insurance & Payments
At the time of each visit, Columbia Cardiology accepts cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards as payments for services - including any deductibles or co-pays that may be required by your health plan.If you have insurance, we will provide you with all the information your insurance company needs to process your claim. We will also file your claim with your insurer if you wish. If you are a member of an HMO, you may need to bring with you a referral form from your primary care physician.
Our office staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about billing, payments or insurance.
