Appointments, Fees & Billing Info
Except in emergency situations, all patients are seen by appointment, so that we can be sure your primary cardiologist will be available. We understand there may be times when you have to reschedule your appointment - just as there may be times when we have to reschedule because of an emergency - and we will greatly appreciate your notifying us as soon as possible.On your first visit to our office, or when you have a change of insurance plans, you will be asked to complete a personal information form. So please be sure to bring your insurance card(s) with you.
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
