Directions to the Laurel Street Office

I-77 From The North
From I-77 South, take Exit #18 (State Road 277). This road becomes Bull Street. Continue on Bull Street to Laurel Street and turn left. Pass through the stop light (this is Two Notch Road) and 2601 Laurel Street will be first building on left.

Highway 1 From the East
From Highway 1 West, continue into Columbia. This road becomes Two Notch Road. At the intersection of Laurel Street and Two Notch Road, turn left. We are the first building on the left.

Highway 1 From The West
From Highway 1 East, continue into West Columbia. This road becomes Meeting Street. After crossing the Congaree River, you will be in Columbia, and the street becomes Gervais Street. Travel 1.6 miles on Gervais Street and turn left on Bull Street. Drive 5 blocks; turn right onto Laurel Street. After approximately 1 mile, you will pass through stop light (intersection of Two Notch Road). 2601 Laurel Street is first building on the left.

I-26 From the South
Traveling on I-26 West toward Spartanburg, exit onto I-77 North and follow to Exit #12. Take a left onto Forest Drive. Proceed past Trenholm Road and Beltline Boulevard. Providence Hospital is on the right.

I-26 From the North
Follow I-26 into Columbia (I-126 becomes Elmwood Avenue). At the 5th stoplight, turn right onto Bull Street. Travel 5 blocks and turn left onto Taylor Street. After approximately 1 mile, Taylor Street becomes Forest Drive. Providence Hospital is one block ahead on your left, past the intersection of Two Notch Road.

State Road 378 From The East
From State Road 378 West, continue into Columbia. This road becomes Garners Ferry Road. Exit onto I-77 North. Travel 3.2 miles to Exit #12 (Forest Drive) and take Forest Drive to the West toward Columbia. Providence Hospital is 4.2 miles ahead on your right. Turn right on to Brabham Street. At stop sign, 2601 Laurel Street directly in front of you.

State Road 378 From the West
From State Road 378 East, continue into Columbia. This road becomes Sunset Boulevard. Continue on Sunset Boulevard to Gervais Street, then turn left. Stay on Gervais Street for 1.4 miles to Bull Street and turn left. Drive 5 blocks and turn right onto Laurel Street. After approximately 1 mile pass the intersection of Tow Notch Road and 2601 Laurel Street is the first building on the left.

I-20 From the East
From I-20 West, take exit #76A(I-77). Exit South toward Charleston. Travel 3 miles to Exit #12 (Forest Drive). Turn right on Forest Drive. Providence Hospital is 4.2 miles ahead on your right.

I-20 From the West
From I-20 East, take Exit #64A. Follow the signs into Columbia on I-126. I-126 becomes Elmwood Avenue. At the 5th stoplight turn right onto Bull Street. Travel 4 blocks and turn left onto Laurel Street. After approximately 1 mile, go through stop light past the intersection of Two Notch Road. 2601 Laurel Street is the first building on the left.
