Dr. S. Stanley Juk
Dr. S. Stanley Juk, a native of South Carolina, holds 28 years of
expertise in the practice of Cardiology. He received a B.S. in chemistry from the
University of South Carolina in Columbia and a medical degree from Duke University in
Durham, NC. Dr. Juk, Dr. Hearon, and Dr. Umbach established Columbia Cardiology
Associates in 1977 and established Columbia Cardiology in
2002. He served as Chief of Staff at Providence Hospital in 1989, President of
the South Carolina affiliate of the American Heart Association from
1981-1982, and Vice President from 1979-1980. Dr. Juk's clinical research is
published in many journals including The Journal
of the South Carolina Medical Association, Emergency Medicine, and The American
Journal of Cardiology. Dr. Juk is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovacular Disease
and Interventional Cardiology. He is currently a fellow of the American College of Cardiology
and a member of the American Medical Association, the South Carolina Medical
Association, the Medical Society of Columbia, and the American Heart
Association.
